Starting in the spring of 2019, Southern Wild Food Forest will start our Stress and Burnout weekend retreats. Join us for a weekend of relaxation and recharging. We tend to be so busy with work and life that we barely have time to take care of ourselves, leaving us feeling stressed and burned out. This retreat will give you skills to bring relaxation and self-care into your daily routine so you won't have to reach breaking point again. Learn to recognize when your body and mind need to recharge and take a minute out of your day to treat yourself.

- Beginning Qigong Movement: for moving built-up stress out of the body.
- Food Prescriptions: for energy and balancing mind and body.
- Art and nature as Therapy: for expelling unconscious stress.
